Payment in advance (Prepayment)
To confirm your order, you will receive an invoice email for the total amount of your order as well as our international bank details. Please transfer the invoice amount to one of the specified bank details, stating the order or invoice number. The cheapest way is always the bank account in your own country - you have the free choice of the account. Alternatively, you can send us a payment via your PayPal account to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the total amount has been received in our account, your goods will be sent to you immediately.
Payment by invoice
This option applies up to a certain value of goods in selected areas. After completing the order in the online shop, you will automatically receive an email invoice at the email address you have specified. The invoice must be paid within 10 days of receiving the goods:
- First the goods come to you, then you pay.
- 10 days payment period
- You do not have to enter any bank details on the Internet.
We trust you - please keep your payment deadlines on time.
Payment via PayPal (also credit cards, EC)
We can only send your items to you after PayPal has confirmed payment.
PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay safely, easily and quickly in online shops.
You can send us a payment via your PayPal account to email@example.com.
Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. That is why they are not sent over the Internet every time you shop online.
Simple: You pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again with every purchase.
Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly. Then the seller can send the goods immediately and you will usually receive them earlier.
Register and use PayPal immediately:
- Open a PayPal account.
- Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.
- And now you can pay with PayPal.

Loyalty points that we have credited to your customer account can be used in full for payment. The display and selection of loyalty points in the till section requires that you LOG IN to your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
In the cash register section, you can have any existing loyalty points deducted in the section of the payment methods.

Loyalty points for your purchase from us - loyalty pays off!
For every purchase you make through our shop, we will credit you with 5% of the total order value in the form of loyalty points (so-called "reward points") for your next order.
The prerequisite for this is that you open a customer account in the ordering process or log in to an existing customer account to which we assign these loyalty points. We credit the loyalty points to you after receipt of payment and keep them in your customer account for you.
When you next order from us, you can then either call up the points available in your loyalty account and deduct them from the payment amount. Alternatively, you can continue to accumulate these points.
Loyalty points for your social links
If you share one of our products via the links on our product pages or from your customer account on social media, we reward you for each successful & permanent link with 5 EUR in the form of 500 of our loyalty points - fully deductible for your future orders.
Recommend us by email
If you recommend one of our products to a friend via email via the link on our product pages or from your customer account & this friend buys from us, then we will reward you with 10% of the mediated order amount in loyalty points, which you can spend as hard cash on yours can deduct the next order.
